What happen with all other apps – NYC News - New York Local News & Weather Review

Decided to download this app after reviewing every single ipad app for NY news. For some mysterious reason 95% of news apps had no ratings 2% had ratings but were all bad. 1% had reviews but the overall app rating was not averaged out with the comments. 1% had 5 stars but no comments. Other 1% is for any apps that I missed. But I def reviewed over 40 apps. After all that I returned to this one since I had no choice but to go with the ratings and review comments. I also wonder is this bad info is b/c I am located in Cali . Not sure doubt it but who knows other then the app cheaters.
