Problems need to be fixed – Joobik Player - iTunes Video Playlists on iPhone and iPad Review

Worked well for a while, but now it won't recognize all of my music videos including those most recently downloaded. They are all Apple purchased, so no reason I know of for Joobik not to recognize them. They are showing in Ipad's music videos as well as in music - but no go for joobik. Have reached out to customer service, no reply :-( Hopefully they fix it.
