Horrible customer service – Battle of Zombies – free MMO RTS strategy wargame Review

Admin threatened to ban my account because I called them a**holes.. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game.. I questioned admin about duels.. About why in a 10v10 I didn't get to attack.. They responded to me 3 days in a row with the same thing, "we've checked your data you just joined your clan today" which isn't true at all.. I responded the same thing 3 days in a row that they are wrong I've been in my clan well over a year.. 2 days later I get a response saying "we checked your data you just joined your clan". I told admin they were jacka**es and to leave me alone that clearly they don't know what happened.. Admin wrote me back again 2 days later saying "mind your tongue or your account will be banned" What kind of service is that? Threaten me with deleting my account after I've given you hundreds of dollars.. Sounds like a big scam to me.. Now I just want all my money back and they can have the game back.. PS I play with the Ronins, Red Army, Ferrum, Alpha, Umbrella corp.. All the big dogs..
