Can't play – Pocket Fort HD Review

I haven't been able to play for at least a month now. The support site is in Japanese so there is no way for me to send a ticket. I keep checking back and always get stuck at "Loading fort info." You lose customers and money every day you delay in fixing this issue. Fix your game and give us free rare mech parts for the insane amount of time this is taking to repair.
