It’s OK – CT Lottery Review

The reason I downloaded this app is to be able to scan tickets without going to retailer. Unfortunately it doesn’t always work. Half of the time it work and half of the time it doesn’t work. When it doesn’t work, it keeps saying “Take ticket to retailer”.
