Can't see pictures – Private Photo Video Manager & My Secret Folder Privacy App Free Review

My pictures show that they are there but cannot open them. I tried to email the app developer but comes back as undeliverable. I would really like to be able to get these pictures back. Will there be an update to fix the problem?
