Cages get stuck – Birdland - Bird Aviary Review

Have started this game over twice. Both times one of my cages would not open. The cage would open on someone else's device, but not mine. Both times lost all of my progress. Even if I deleted game and reinstalled, cage still would not load. First time I contacted customer service and waited and waited. Never heard from them so I deleted and reinstalled. Happened again. Please fix.
