Don't receive alerts – Big Brother Buddy Review

I purchased this app and upgraded to the full version so I would get alerts sent to my phone. I do not get any alerts. When I hit "settings" I just get a "restore purchases" message and I do not want to have to pay the $1.99 a second time.
