Alert at 11:41 pm?! – GymStreak Pro - Bodybuilding Tracker Review

I was just trying to fall asleep and this app just spoke an alert: "time to work out!" Why? I haven't even been using the app. Why would it even be printed to tell me to work out at 11:41 pm?!? Rude and obnoxious!
