Force closed... – LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 Review

I'm on the last level of 3rd year... Every time I beat peter it forces close and when I go back into the game I have to start over - tried it a couple times and it keeps happening... Guess I'm stuck here since I can't get into 4th year without completing this level.... Really liked the game until this happened...
