Transitions – GAIN Yoga - free custom yoga routines for men & women. Review

For a beginner workout...the transitions are way too fast on some and too slow on others. There should be a 5 second pause between each w/ a visual showing the best way to transition. That way no one injures themselves. Look into combing forces w/ the app Sworkit. They need a yoga one.
