Buying tokens??? – Monster Crew Review

I have this game for my granddaughter to play. She's six and enjoys it a lot. The problem I have is I tried to buy her tokens, it said it was successful, took my payment but did not give the tokens. I feel like this is a ripoff since now I am out 10 bucks not to mention listening to my granddaughter yell about it too!
