App Freezes every third shot.... – SkyTrak Review

I have an ipad air 2 and my app freezes on every third shot. The app has to be shut down and reboot for another three shots. Been in contact for about 2 months with skygolf and nothing has been done. Not sure if its the software or hardware and either does skygolf. So far it feels like i flushed money down the toilet with the purchase of this simulator and its app.
