Please fix! – Jigsaw Puzzle All In One Review

Well, I love this app actually...other then the fact that every time I go to do a puzzle, the darn thing is already half completed (not previously started). I've already had to uninstall/reinstall multiple times, as that's the only way to do an unstarted puzzle (only good for 1 or 2 puzzles max.). Oh, also the fact the phones keyboard just randomly pops up when it wants to. No way to make it go away without closing the app and restarting it. (Contacted support about this one awhile back, still no change.)
