wont let you download magazines – buqo - Pinoy Digital Bookstore Review

i bought M magazine from this app for $2.13 (tried purchasing it twice, hoping it will work) but I can't download it. Tried restoring purchase and everything but its still not there. my advice, don't freaking waste your money on this stuff.
