Emoji – Bubble Emoji 3 – chat with emoticon smiley face in emoji keyboard :-) Review

This app is ok as I can see so far I just don't understand how it keeps saying its unlock just leave a five star rating and I have already done that but it's still telling me to do it can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong but overall it's a pretty good app
