Help for transfer – Pocket Fort HD Review

I'm at HQ9 near max name Sir.der in Serbia alliance on my iPad 2 it got bricked, I made a new Apple ID on my iPad 3 can u help or give me tips or steps on how to transfer my data from my old Apple ID to my new one. I also spent lots of money on gems is their a way to restore my data and purchases on my new account please help.
