Unable to Give Feedback Big Fish Should Want – Maestro: Dark Talent HD - A Musical Hidden Object Game Review

This is the second game that I have tried to buy but can't. I click Download now, enter my id when prompted, and then get a message that my purchase was successful, followed by a message that the purchase failed. I go back and try again, this time getting the message I have already purchased would I like to download for free, respond yes, and get the message that the purchase failed. I click Already Purchased and get the message there is no record of the purchase. I have shut down my iPad, and have also tried deleting and redownloading from the App Store. this ust results in the same responses and I have been at it two days. i also decided to try another game, with the same results. HELP? Cant find a way to tell you this, just GAQs. Customer support is needed, please.
