Maw – Detective Holmes: Trap for the Hunter – Hidden Objects Adventure Review

I am new to this game. I have found the hidden objects on the first page. I see the spot on the wall where something is obviously missing. I am stuck there. What am I supposed to do to get to the next page. I am frustrated and I don't see anywhere to ask a simple question about how this game works.
