I don't understand – SMACom Wi-Fi Photo Transfer Review

I don't understand how it is supposed to work?! To even turn it on you need wifi and after I turn the wifi of I'm able to click the "start" button, so I do and nothing happens. No wifi is available on my phone or other devices. This app is crap and does nothing, don't waste your time on it.
