Outdated and ridiculous management – SingSnap Karaoke Review

First joined, as a free member, was awesome. Had a real community of singers, who instantly comment and give encouragement. Unfortunately lost my job, so made sure I cancelled the monthly fee (thru PayPal, that's outdated), low and behold no clue why or how but was charged the next bill cycle. PayPal kept running it each time got NSF fee. PayPal was fine, they took care of fees, however "Rob" at Singsnap didn't budge. He sent long non sensible emails, at a time garbage like this is last thing I need. Refused a refund of $15. Also, if you want to delete your account, you literally can't. All you can do is go through every single song recorded and delete them but your acct is just empty. Never again
