Why?! – EXO Tree Of Life Game Review

Everytime I get to a certain part in Se Hun's level it says the answer to the question is wrong. It's says I have to tap Chanyeol's face but every time I do it says I'm wrong. I don't understand if this is a trick in the game or what but can someone please explain or fix this problem? Thank you.
