Where's my books? – Storytime: Read with your Kids over Video Chat Review

Recent update wiped out my purchased books. I logged out and logged back in, but then it forgot my profile picture, my connected family, and all the free books I had in my library. THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. Not even on their website.
