There is a better app called Beat Rock. Don't waste your money on this which doesn't make sense and buy Beat Rock. On Beat Rock, you can put up to 6 Cue Points, Sampler, and there is a "Rec" button right next to the "Bypass" button. Buy Beat Rock instead of this.
