Do not buy or download – Quo Movie FX - Lights, Camera, Action! Review

If I could give this app no stars then I would. Quite simply it does NOT work. When building the video it appears to be creating it then you get the fx with a black background. Do not invest in something that does not work. Apple needs to pull this worthless app.
