You can only play within and with players in Nevada. No Omaha Hilo action, and sparse player pool. Almost no point to this app or site without the rest of the world being able to play. I think the app is also in violation of the Wire Act as well since your IP gets routed beyond state lines, and it offers house banked gaming. That is a risk probably not worth taking. Too risky, safer to stick with legal forms of gambling like poker on offshore sites that are more organized, and look after game integrity more.
