Love – Color Blast! - Photo Splash and Color Editing Effects Review

It has taken me YEARS to find a color pop/ splash app that doesn't require me to color in a specific section. Granted, there is some coloring involved but it's only the color you select so there is no need to stay in the lines. It was worth the $0.99.
