Was excellent, now useless – i-Qi clock & meditation timer Review

What was once a very good timer/alarm/clock is now useless. It fails in the middle of my meditation, without explanation or warning. For more than a year it was flawless...then, after the "update," it is no good at all. It used to be much more aesthetically pleasing, too. What a shame. How do we get our money back?
