Rough Around the Edges – Hatch-It! Review
First off, you can tell this is a game made with a lot of heart. For a small team, it's a monumental achievement. That said, there are a few issues: three-starring the first stage should be relatively easy, but the esoteric metrics for which a player is judged could be more overtly explained.
Aesthetically there is a disconnection between the 2d and 3d art direction. They're both good, they just feel like two different games. There's more, but I have confidence that patches will improve on most of my other issues.
A great indie game; I look forward to more.
