Cool game but support BLOWS!!! – Syberia (FULL) Review

I emailed support almost a month ago with absolutely no response. I am stuck due to a glitch in the game. I cannot make any progress. I liked the game up until this point, but now am getting more and more frustrated. It is not worth the money if they don't fix the glitch.
