Can't finish the game due to glitches – Death and Betrayal in Romania: A Dana Knightstone Novel - A Hidden Objects Romance Mystery Review

I was unable to collect the last shield in the tower, a common problem in this game. I tried everything. I even uninstalled and installed it. However, after installing it, I can't get past the "unlock" stage that I already paid for. It continues to say "authenticating," so I'm stuck. Unable to play a game I bought. A first for me on Big Fish.
