The guru app of self-care! – Happiness, Mindfulness Journal Review

I really enjoy this app! I love all the steps and options and that it also includes a section for journaling. I just started graduate school and I wanted to find an app that will allow me to stay focused, centered, and allow me to express myself as I begin a new, challenging journey. This app has helped tremendously! I log in every morning and go through my steps and at night review my objectives for the day and journal. If you are not into deep self reflection this app is not for you! I have been using the app for 6 months and I believe it has been worth my time and money.
