I can't get past the "Tell Us About Yourself" page – The Family Talk App Review

I have completed the personalization questions several times and each time it says completed but when I click to access the App the screen goes black and when I relaunch the app it starts all over again with the personalization questions. Maybe not such a great app if you only have a 4
