Still can't play!!!! – BOOM BINGO: Live Video & Slots Review

I haven't been able to play in any of the bingo rooms or keno. Every time I try to play bingo or keno on my iPad the site crashes. This has been going on for the past 3 days. I tried deleting and reloading the game, but it didn't help. I tried to contact app support but not get a message to anyone. Can someone please find out what is wrong and fix the problem!
