Seriously just great – 7 Minute Superhero Workout Review

Okay, so for an unfit 16 year old like me who's only into video games, drawing, an being an unproductive potato, this app is fantastic. As said 16 year old girl who's been out of PE since sophomore year and doesn't get exercise elsewhere, can't drive to a gym, and doesn't have the motivation do will myself into exercising, this app is fantastic. I love love love playing video games, with a preference for first person shooters, and this is like the ultimate first person shooter with the added bonus of eventually giving me the body that makes me look like I don't sit at my computer for hours at a time. It's so great and honestly fun, and so easy because all you need is a chair and a wall. The Six to Start apps are extremely innovative, and it is so cool how they utilize functions of your phone.
