Puzzle pieces lock up – Jigsaw Puzzles Ultimate Review

I like would this game, but the pieces lock up and stay locked. My last attempt to complete a puzzle has been locked up for over a week. I give up. I bought all the puzzles and would like a refund. Thanks.
