Can't enter own tip - boo! – Tip Calculator % Tap Tip Review

Purchased this app and even emailed developer some time ago with no response. Say you want to enter a flat tip like $7.00 you simply can't do it. You can do this on free tip calculators so it's crazy that you can't on this one even after paying for all the upgrades!
