Great app, but needs tweaks – Officer Down Memorial Page Review

I love this app. Everything is easy to use and straight forward. Unfortunately the app won't notify me when an officer has fallen (like it says it does). I don't know if that is a bug or what. But I am not receiving notifications. If that were to get fixed I would have no problem giving this app 5 stars.
