Fast and fun – Shift - Create Custom Filters with Textures, Gradients, and Blends Review

This is a blast to play with. Just hit the shuffle button until you find something cool, then tweak it. My favorite part is the color adjustment, I can get some pretty interesting effects with that. Way more control than any other filter app I've played with. And you can even save your filters for later.
