It is okay... – Surgery Simulator - Surgeon Games Review

It is great but they shouldn't have so many adds and they shouldn't make you pay for coins. I mean why not just pay for the game itself then everything else be free... How short the surgery is, is kinda boring for maybe some players. Otherwise it is a okay game.
