Doesnt work – PSD Viewer Pro for Photoshop documents Review

Bought the app and installed it. Opened a psd file from email per instructions- nothing.... Tried again- nothing. As far as i can tell, without wasting a bunch of time trying to figure it out, this app simply doesn't work!?!
