In app puchase popup with every tap – Catanerator - Map Generator Review

I just wanted the expansion board add-on but the purchase window was pop-ing up as if the app was stuck in a 'buy more' loop. Ended up paying more than any not-free app. Tried to report it to apple but not surprisingly they expect me to schedule a phone call to get the privilege of talking with customer care.
