It doesn't work – Cake Pop Party: Be CReAtiVe! Review

I bought every kit and it says I haven't unlocked the starter kit. It wasted my money and my time. I only had $15 on my gift card and in one day I only had about $3.99. I keep buying it over and over but it just never works. And that's why I hate the app. I just have one question. How is it working for other people and not me?????????????????????????
