Does not unlock when upgrade is purchased!!! – Solitaire Mystery: Four Seasons HD Review

Does not unlock when upgrade is purchased!!! Why offer an upgrade if it does not unlock the rest of the game, the levels. Please fix/address this or I will take action and recourse to get my upgrade money back. Thanks.
