Free is very basic – Censored Free - Add NSFW, Parental Advisory, Classified, Top Secret and other signs to your photos! Review

I'll give it two stars just because if all you really need is a quick black bar or "censored" sticker, then it works fine, after you get past the ads. My biggest issue was that it automatically cropped my image to square, and I couldn't move that crop at all, then the big ad banner covers the bottom of your image, so you can't see it, if you need to censor that part. Only three of the stickers work for free, one is useless because it's type with no background.
