My tokes and app freezing up – Gin Rummy - Online Card Game Review

I love the game but not the app! The app freezes all the time. And it cheats me out of my 1800 tokes I'm suppose to get in my bucket. The highest my bucket ever goes up to is 142 and that's after me even waiting two days!!
