Not happy – Comfi Cheap International Call Review

The Good: convenience- it can be saved in your contacts so no need to redial each time. The Bad: I've been using this service to call Poland. Every single time it's hard to hear anything and it disconnects me every single time after 10-15 min. For years I used a traditional calling cards and never had service problem. I had to dial a lot ( number/english or Spanish/ pin/ final destination number) so i gave Comfi a try. Additionally the rates are higher in comparison to traditional phone card. ( Poland - not sure about other countries). I'll use it for the remaining balance and go back to the calling card. One more thing- I chose automatic refill and i still have to call customer service ( which is not 24h) to confirm the purchase. That's just annoying- if the company cares about security there are countless options to verify the purchase.
