Perfect – Active by POPSUGAR Review

I have not experienced any crashes. Hoping it stays that way. Love this app. I am 50 and this helps get me off the couch after a long day at work. Sometimes I just don't want a big deal. I just want to move! I can pull up a 10 min workout and just do it. Or I can plan out a 31 day challenge. How awesome.
