Finally works but lost 2 characters – Puzzle Quest 2 Review

It was love at first sight with this game. When it stopped working, I was crushed. Now that it works again, I have lost my level 50 and level 43 characters ? that's a lot of time/effort lost. If I can recover my characters, I'll bump up the rating.
