What is up with this game? – Cast Away : Escape from Shutter Island - The Hardest Escape Game EVER Review

The objective is not clear, there are no hints whatsoever. There are no instructions. There are no descriptions of the items collected and a few of them are not recognizable. When combining two items together, the original items remain in the item bar ( if not needed again ) making it even more confusing! Don't know if I have the patience to finish the game...
